An expert consultation can include any of the following
Answers to any questions you have regarding your own training, nutrition or supplementation (not injuries) so you can get answers that apply to your situation and understand the whys
Advice on what to eat, when, and how much
Advice on which supplements to take, when, and how much
Advice on how frequently to train, how much volume you should do, etc.
Assessments of your technique on any exercise done for muscle growth or strength gains (not Olympic Weightlifting or Crossfit) so you can stay as safe as possible while maximising your muscle growth and strength gains
Technique optimization for muscle growth from video of your sets. Because my PhD is on range of motion and muscle hypertrophy, I am quite knowledgeable about effective exercise technique for optimizing muscle growth.
Technique optimization for powerlifting and weak point identification from video of your sets. Through my experience as a competitive powerlifter, knowledge of the literature and experience coaching powerlifters, I can help you finetune your technique.
